The Operations Staff are friendly, helpful, and on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Staff is trained regularly to deal with fire-related
emergencies as well as in the administration of CPR.
In addition, they are reviewed regularly to ensure that residents are satisfied
with their service and performance.
